You can place your order via our website. Add the products to the cart and proceed to checkout, where we ask for the details needed to finalize the transaction.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal. Prices are in Euros. See payments for details.

To ensure smooth processing of your order, your card is charged immediately after you place the order.

If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind, your order can be modified or cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been shipped yet — contact us as soon as possible. After delivery you can still cancel within 14 days; see returns & claims.

We deliver to 16 European countries: Germany, Netherlands, France, UK, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Monaco, Greece, Romania, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria.

Shipping is free on orders over 99 EUR. Below that a flat rate applies, regardless of the number of items.

Delivery takes 4–8 business days. Orders are delivered by courier to the address you provide, on a business day.
