Rahlle.com accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Payment process
After entering your details, click the Order button and the transaction will be recorded. We process your order as soon as the payment is received.
Security
We take the security of your personal details very seriously. Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider and your data is protected at all times.
Currency & international charges
Prices are in Euros. Payments go to a bank account in Bulgaria (EU) — ask your card issuer about any additional charges that may apply.

We deliver to 16 European countries. Deliveries are made directly to the address you provide, on a business day.

Taxes & duties
European Union
Prices already include VAT. This can be deducted from your invoice once you provide a valid European VAT number.
Non-EU European countries
Prices do not include taxes and duties. These are country-specific — please check with your local authorities.
Returns & claims
Cancellations
Cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by writing to us and sending it back at your expense. Orders not yet shipped are cancelled free of charge; payments are refunded within 20 working days.
Returns
Return items unused and in the original packaging, using a traceable, insured delivery method. Once we confirm they are intact we refund in full (excluding shipping) within 20 working days.
Missing or damaged parts
Check the package before signing for it. If it is damaged, take pictures and contact us immediately. Report missing or damaged elements within 48 hours — at no extra delivery fee.
